Thurs Sep 17th - Mon Sep 21st
Thurs Oct 15th - Mon Oct 19th
Thurs Nov 12th - Mon Nov 16th
Thurs Dec 10th - Mon Dec 14th

If you don’t see a day/time that works for you, feel free to text/email me. I will do my best to get you in!

Select the appropriate event type below. Choose a date and time, enter your information, and click DONE to confirm your appointment.

You will receive a confirmation email and text. Please make sure you check the box to allow for SMS messages. If you don’t see the email confirmation right away, check your spam folder.

If you use Google Calendar, an event containing all relevant information for your appointment, including a cancel/reschedule link, will automatically be created in the calendar linked to the email used when booking. If you are using another calendar, please follow the instructions to add the event to your calendar.
